  1. This is what it looks like in practice, as Gezim shows: he has been part of our team for 15 years and has developed from an employee in raw fabrication to deputy department manager.

  2. Whenever he notices during his work that something could be done more easily, faster or to a higher standard of quality, he records his idea on a treasure map – our improvement suggestion.

  3. Every second Friday, our production comes to a standstill and the entire workforce, from apprentices to management, improves their workplaces and processes.

  4. Today, Gezim and his team further improved the quality of corner cutting. In the evening, he presents the solution to everyone so that others can benefit from it too.

  5. Together, we celebrate our successes – because fun should never be missing.
