Gottardo Arena#

It was built between 2018 and 2021 and offers space for 6,775 spectators. The arena is the new home of the Ambrì-Piotta Hockey Club and also serves as a venue for concerts, shows and other events.

The Gottardo Arena was designed by world-famous Ticino architect Mario Botta. The arena is a compact, futuristic structure that blends harmoniously into the landscape of the Leventina Valley. The façade is made of glass and metal, and the roof is covered with solar panels.
